French, but London based photographer Nadege's 'ROOTS' series consists in uprooting plants from their soil and scanning them on a flatbed scanner. Her intention was to confront organic matter with digital technology and although these pictures are reminiscent of scientific botanical studies they still retain a magical quality.

Stephen collected various discarded photos found in the local flea market and combined these with some of his own images interspersed with ones of pressed flowers and berries, also derived from Hackney.
